Ben Spies had a wonderful first experience at Indianapolis. He was now impatient to return to action in a place that is also a home race for him.
Last year Spies diving season his full debut with Yamaha Tech 3 and successfully won the pole at Indianapolis. In the race, United States rider finish in the top two.
Now Spies has been with Yamaha factory team and so far has two podium finishes, with one of the highest podium who is also the first victory in MotoGP.
In the previous series in Brno, Spies constrained nerve problems and could only finish in fifth position. Better results were shot in Indy this weekend.

"I really hope to be fully fit this week. I still feel a little numbness in the arm, but it was much better than in Brno. We've worked hard to overcome it and we certainly will try 100% as usual," Spies straightforward in crash.
