News : Rally Mexico 2012, Sebastien Loeb wins, Citroen dominate the podium

Sebastien Loeb won Rally Mexico 2012 for sixth time. Loeb led since the first leg and managed to record best time 4 hours, 15 minutes and 13.7 seconds.

Second place won by his teammate, Mikko Hirvonen to 42.4 seconds adrift.

While Ford team racer, Petter Solberg was third after a record time of 4:17:14,1 seconds. Mads Ostberg (Adapta Ford) in fourth and Ott Tanak (M-Sport Ford) are in fifth position.

News : Petter Solberg joined Ford in WRC 2012

Petter Solberg will strengthen Ford for the 2012 season. Meanwhile, Ford made ​​sure to keep participating in the WRC in 2012 and 2013.

Solberg with co driver Chris Patterson had tied a one-year contract at Ford. In the previous season, Solberg previously appeared with his own team name by using a Citroen car.

In his new team, 37-year-old racer will replace the position of Mikko Hirvonen who have joined the Citroen. in the Ford team, Solberg will duet with Jari-Matti Latvala.

Raikkonen admits Still Learning at WRC

Kimi Raikkonen has nearly completed his first season in the World Rally Championship (WRC). Finnish rally driver was even acknowledged his first season as a rookie is very heavy.

Raikkonen did several times in an accident with his car Citroen C WRCnya. By facing the last rally in the 2010 season, the former Ferrari racer is several times not to continue the race.

"Our season is not entirely according to plan, but this is actually what I expected. It's very normal when you are learning something new," said Raikkonen as reported by Auto Sport.

Despite getting some points but the team manager confirmed that Benoit Nogier performance from Raikkonen is still not visible. "He's still learning," he said.
