2012 MotoGP opening series at Losail Circuit, Qatar (09/04/2012) presents the winner, Jorge Lorenzo.Jorge Lorenzo victory at Losail Circuit is not obtained easily. Spanish rider had to try hard to win duel with Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner, who appeared no less good.
At the beginning of the race, which occupies the pole position Lorenzo started race pretty well. He successfully led and tightly taped by Stoner and Dani Pedrosa.
Slowly but surely, Stoner managed to find speed. After overtaking Pedrosa, Australian rider was later surpassed Lorenzo in a speed race on a straight track.
4 laps before finish, Stoner slowed because loss of grid tire. This condition used by Lorenzo who could pass Stoner on lap-20.
Although was passed by Pedrosa, Lorenzo able to return to first position and won the race.
Meanwhile, Stoner had to settle for third place behind his team mate, Dani Pedrosa.
