Wind-powered motorbike from Denpasar, Indonesia

A college student from Denpasar, Indonesia managed to make a motorcycle innovation. Honda Supra X 2000 can be run without using fuel and use only wind power.

Student's full name Putra Darmagita it eventually expanded to the task. Previously it had proved by Edy Chandra from Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

How it works Supra X homemade by Putra is very simple. To move the piston in the cylinder, no lighters needed. Thus, the air in a special tube flowed into the engine through the intake hole whose shape is modified. Then the wind hit the piston head to bottom and throw out the exhaust hole (exhaust) when the piston or piston back to top dead point.

To move the motorcycle required wind pressure 300 psi, medium grip assisted speed regulated gas regulator. According to information these wind-powered motorcycle can run up to speeds of 60 km/h.

Although wind-driven life, this Supra still need oil in the crankcase to lubricate the teeth liaison and crutch-as when the piston rotates. Only then reduction gears rotate the rear tires.
