Video and Result : WSBK San Marino 2012, Max Biaggi make double win

Max Biaggi managed to become a winner in race two World Superbike Championship (WSBK) San Marino, held Sunday, 06/10/2012.

These results were repeated in first race where The Roman Emperor managed to become champion. In the second race, Biaggi looks very dominant and make a difference about 5 seconds from second place Jonathan Rea.

Position of third won by BMW rider, Leon Haslam followed by teammate Marco Melandri in fourth position.

With this win, Biaggi stronger at championship standing with advantage 38.5 points or a total of 210.5 points.

Video : WSBK Imola 2012 Race 2, Carlos Checa make double wins

Carlos Checa obtained encouraging results in WSBK Imola 2012. After winning the first race, the Spaniard is back wins race 2.

Competition in race 2 is almost same as race 1. Four leading rider is Checa, Sykes, Biaggi and Haslam competing to win the race.

However, a perfect race from Checa make him win the race and beat Tom Sykes as well as in race 1. Haslam won third position followed by Biaggi in fourth place.

Video : WSBK Imola 2012 Race 1, Carlos Checa wins, Sykes second

Carlos Checa won World Superbike series Imola 2012 race 1. In the race that ended a while ago, Checa beat Tom Sykes who start race from Superpole.

Meanwhile, Italian Max Biaggi could only finish in fourth position after overtaken by Leon Haslam and eligible for third podium.

On race incidents involving Sylvain Guintoli and Chaz Davies. Both drivers failed to finish the race.

Video : WSBK Phillip Island 2012 Race 2, Carlos Checa won, Biaggi great race

Carlos Checa won race two on first race WSBK 2012 at Phillip Island. Althea Racing racer recovered from his race one crash to reach his first win in 2012.

Biaggi took second place after run of track on lap one. But he can kept his bike upright and make a big race by past the racers in front of him.

Tom Sykes took third place after passing Jonathan Rea (Honda World Superbike Team) in final lap.

Leon Haslam (BMW Motorrad Motorsport) took fifth place while his team-mate Marco Melandri was one place behind.

Max Biaggi (Aprilia Racing) won the first round of WSBK 2012 after defeat his compatriot, Marco Melandri (BMW Motorrad Motorsport. Meanwhile, third position reacy by Sylvian Guintoli (Team Effenbert Liberty Racing.

Carlos Checa crashed out of the race while leading after fall on final corner early the race. Tom Sykes (Kawasaki Racing Team) took fourth place after leading early on follow by Jakub Smrz on fifth.

News : WSBK 2012, Russia will host for the first time

World Superbike Championship season 2012 will start aabout 1.5 months. This season will be held of 14 rounds.

First round will be held at Phillip Island, Australia on February 26. While closing round will be held at Magny Cours, France, on Oct. 7.

Italy became the largest country that organizes WSBK 2012 which is 3 times at Imola, Monza and Misano (San Marino).

One interesting point is Moscow International Raceway in Russia will hosted WSBK for the first since last 23 years race history.

Video : WSBK 2012, Honda Factory Team test in Phillip Island

About 1.5 months WSBK 2012 will begin. The riders and teams continued preparations for 2012 racing season.

No exception for Honda factory team are undergoing preparation by conducting a test session at Phillip Island Circuit, Australia. In this trial two drivers using Honda CBR 1000RR Fireblade 2012.

This year Honda factory team again will be strengthened by Jonathan Rea (GBR), which has strengthened team since 2009. Rea will start using the number 65.

Meanwhile, the former MotoGP rider Hiroshi Aoyama will be teammates Rea in WSBK 2012 and will use the number 4.

News : Hiroshi Aoyama moved to World Superbike next season

There is a possibility in the upcoming 2012 season MotoGP class will not be followed by any rider from Japan.

Hiroshi Aoyama - the only rider from the land of Sakura in the MotoGP class in the last two years - has decided to move into the arena of World Superbike next season. Aoyama will join the team Ten Kate Racing accompany Jonathan Rea.

I have been racing in MotoGP in the last two years and it really has been a great experience for me. I really would like to thank Fausto Gresini and all the staff and technicians Team San Carlo Honda Gresini for extraordinary period in my career.

Now I have the opportunity to go to World Superbikes with Honda and Ten Kate Racing and I am very excited about this new challenge. I do not know much about the Superbike but I really hope to make a good job with my new team, "Aoyama said in a press release Honda Racing.

Aoyama currently competing in MotoGP with Team San Carlo Honda Gresini. Last 250cc world champion is now located at number-10 standings. Aoyama also had to replace Dani Pedrosa at the Dutch GP.

Until now, the San Carlo Honda Gresini team has signed a contract with a rider that is Marco Simonmcelli. There has been no confirmation whether the upcoming 2012 season Fausto Gresini's team that will go down with a single rider or will find rider that will replace the position vacated by Aoyama.
